An entrepreneur and project manager at heart, I’m a generalist who draws on the knowledge and life experience of the many leaders I’ve come across in my career. I’ve had the privilege of accompanying over a hundred supervisors, middle managers and entrepreneurs in their quest for performance to achieve their deliverables. They all define me as a person of action who never gives up. As someone with a solution-oriented mindset. I question the status quo. I create opportunities. I mediate. I encourage conflict resolution. In short, a company’s organizational chart is my playground for accelerating the process improvements that lead to the profitability and performance management teams are generally looking for.
